Aviation Technology Associates (AVTECH) is looking for a part-time Aircraft Recruiter Assistant
Position Purpose:
Under close supervision, assist with the recruitment process to bring in applicants through existing and new sources in order to provide an effective pool of candidates.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
Essential Functions:
- Assists with drafting requisitions appropriately for new positions.
- Submits applicant’s information into company’s applicant portal.
- Uses various methods to contact potential candidates, as needed.
- Works toward developing and maintaining relationship with applicants through the staffing process
- Perform other duties as assigned.
As an ideal candidate to join the AVTECH team, you will meet the following:
Education and Experience Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- College degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
- 1-2 years demonstrated experience preferably in an HR environment.
Other Requirements:
- Demonstrated proficiency in grammar, spelling, typing, composition and math.
- Proficient in internet/computer skills.
Required Unique Skills:
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- ATS (applicant tracking system) experience preferred.
THIS IS A PART-TIME POSITION (approximately 10-20 hours per week with the potential to become full-time).
Must be a US citizen or permanent resident.
