Aviation Technology Associates (AVTECH) is looking for a part-time Aircraft Recruiter Assistant

Position Purpose:

Under close supervision, assist with the recruitment process to bring in applicants through existing and new sources in order to provide an effective pool of candidates.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Functions:

  • Assists with drafting requisitions appropriately for new positions.
  • Submits applicant’s information into company’s applicant portal.
  • Uses various methods to contact potential candidates, as needed.
  • Works toward developing and maintaining relationship with applicants through the staffing process
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

      As an ideal candidate to join the AVTECH team, you will meet the following:

      Education and Experience Requirements:

      • High School Diploma or GED required.
      • College degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
      • 1-2 years demonstrated experience preferably in an HR environment.

      Other Requirements:

      • Demonstrated proficiency in grammar, spelling, typing, composition and math.
      • Proficient in internet/computer skills.

      Required Unique Skills:

      • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
      • ATS (applicant tracking system) experience preferred.

      THIS IS A PART-TIME POSITION (approximately 10-20 hours per week with the potential to become full-time).
